Each and every organization is different and DEIB efforts should address the unique elements of the organizations and teams they are supporting. To do so, trying new approaches, measuring success, and iterating are critical. I approach DEI in a practical but visionary way, and am dedicated to implementing DEI strategies that advance inclusion and belonging for all employees across levels and geographies.
